Sekisui Estella is a PET plate (polyester resin plate) that excels in impact resistance, chemical resistance, and fire resistance, boasting the highest level of transparency among transparent plastics. It has flexible molding processability and printability such as thermoforming, cutting, punching, drilling, bending, etc., and is used for a wide range of industrial applications such as displays, POPs, store miscellaneous goods such as partitions and cases, decorative applications, amusement / game equipment components, and machine covers
In addition to Estella's excellent durability, we also offer Estella Super which has greatly improved heat resistance and impact resistance. Since it can be used for applications requiring higher temperatures and high impacts, it will further expand its field of application.

FEATURES

■ High transparency
· It has the highest transparency (total light transmittance 90% or more) among various transparent plastics.
■ High impact resistance
· Excellent surface impact strength, so no risk of cracks as there is with acrylic. It also has excellent low temperature impact strength.
■ Excellent processability
· Easy machining similar to other plastics such as cutting, punching, drilling and bending.
· There is no corner whitening especially in bending, it is suitable for cold bending.
■ Excellent printability
· Screen printing can be performed.
■ Excellent thermoforming processability
· Pre-drying is unnecessary and low temperature molding is possible.
· Processing lead time can be reduced, and molded products with less uneven thickness can be obtained due to uniform extensibility.
■ High chemical resistance, fire resistance
· Excellent chemical resistance and fire resistance, and further improved impact strength by stretching during molding.
- It also offers better performance such as improvement of heat resistance by crystallization.
