Sekisui Esbilon is a PVC (PolyVinyl Chloride) board manufactured by extrusion molding which is classified as sheet or plate according to thickness.
It excels in various properties, such as processability and printability, and especially corrosion resistance, chemical resistance, and oil resistance. It has a smooth surface skin, and outstanding transparency and color, and is available in various grades such a vacuum forming grade, antistatic grade Esbilon Stat and embossed grade Esbilon Ace, which find uses in various industrial fields from packages to POP displays, clothing materials, stationery, equipment parts, and household electric nameplates. In addition, UL 94V-0 certified products are also available.

FEATURES

■ High transparency
· Clear type has excellent transparency with a total light transmittance of 85% or more.
■ Excellent processability
· It excels in various secondary processability such as bending, cutting, printing, punching and vacuum forming.
■ High fire resistance
· In addition to the self-extinguishing property of the PVC resin itself, UL 94 V-0 certified products are also available.
■ Superior properties
· It has excellent chemical resistance, corrosion resistance and oil resistance, as well as excellent durability, especially against acids, alkalis and salts.
■ Excellent antistatic properties
· A special grade (Esbilon Stat) has antistatic function so that dust and ash are less likely to adhere
■ Special appearance
· A special grade (Esbilon Ace) has an embossed (striped) surface
