Sekisui < POLYELEC EFTLON SK> is a low foam polyethylene (PE) sheet made by extrusion molding, which is used as a material for transporting lead frames such as semiconductors and electrical components, and is also used as a transport member within each process (substitute for interleaving paper) .
Since it is very durable and can be washed, it can be used in repeated cycles which contributes to reducing user cost. Born out of our proprietary prescription and technology, Eftron SK has a dust-free, rustproof specification, so there is almost no discoloration due to chemical attack, and since it is a foam material, it has cushioning properties and protects transported materials (target objects) from external vibration and external pressure. As different grades, the lineup also includes an antistatic type suitable for electrical applications, and a color sheet (solid type) of polypropylene material optimum for process identification.
